Thank you for shopping with Innaall. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Innaall will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
